Infected strongholds will require players to fight through the horde and the gas-infested building while clearing cysts in the same fashion as clearing Aether Nests. Players will want to have a gas mask equipped (and an extra one in stow, if possible) as strongholds are significantly larger than nests, often occupying multiple stories, and are locked up tight with most upstairs windows and doors barred and blocked .
